There is amazing table top gaming shop nearby called Knightly Gaming (Bathgate). I decided to try and make some branded gadgets for them. As you can see on the first photo on the left, it wasn't straight forward. The main difficulty was to get small details right. After a wee playing with various 3D slicers (Cura, Ideamaker...) I couldn't make it with the desired definition. I went to try Prusa Slicer and its new Arachne engine. lowered extrusion multiplier to 95%, and boom, it came up nice. A few minutes more with the tiny knife to smooth some edges and it seems like it worked. To press it I used just a regular vice and two small oak blocks to sandwich the leather and the mould.
